In World of Warcraft battles the Alliance versus the Bloodthirsty Horde. There are 2 Fractions.
You can choose between 10 classes; Warrior, Hunter, Mage, Warlock, Shaman, Paladin, Rogue, Priest, Deathknight and Druid.
Choosing a Race will guiding your way - Alliance: Humans, Nightelves, Dwarfs, Gnomes, Draenei and Worge. Horde: Orcs, Undead (Forsaken), Troll, Bloodelves, Tauren and Goblins.
All classes have 3 special Skilltree´s to increase their Attacks, Spells, Skills etc.
The highest level you can reach at the moment is 85
You can learn Professions to top up your gold coins for own consume or use.
Gathering- only one can be learned: Herbalism, Skinning and Mining
Production - only one can be learned: Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, enchanting, Engeneering, Alchemy, Inycription and Tailoring.
Second Proffesions - all can be learned: Cooking, First Aid, Archaeology and Fishing.
Ok, first let´s take a closer look to the Classes:
Warrior; you can play as a Tank to Protect your Allies or a Platewearing Killingmachine with Twohanded Weapons.
Hunter; the cool thing on this class, you can tame a Wild Beast to use it as your Pet that supports you in Fights. From the Range Hunters are Deadly. So it´s a full Damage Dealer.
Mage; using Arcane, Frost and Fire Spells to crush the Enemy. The Mage is also a full Damage Dealer who can controll via CC (crowd controll) his foe. Transform into a Sheep an prepares a hugh Fireball and burn the skin away. They can use a Water Elemental as Pet that act like the same from the Hunter.
Warlock; hmmm... what a Shadow cloned Cloth wearer again ? Wrong ! Warlocks using their Demons from the Nether; Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter and Felguard. Dark Spells and torturing Curses are their specialty. Damage Dealer all the way.
Shaman; here we go... you can Heal your allies or Attack your Enemys with Natures wrath. Heavey Armor makes them unstoppable with good Healings. Damage or Heal, you can choose.
Paladin; full Plated Lightwarriors, Protecting, Healing or Damage Dealing are possible. They use the Light for all Attacks, Spells or Powers. With Shield and Sword they are true Strongholds. Tank, Healer or Damage Dealer, the Battle awaits you.
Rogue; Poisons and dual wield with Daggers, Swords, Axes or Hammers they are deadly enemys on every Battleground. Vanish into the Shades makes them Mysterious. From Behind they backstab the enemys. They are Damage Dealers.
Priest; normaly a good Guy who heals his allies and supports with light Spells. But, you can choose the Shadow Path to torment and vanquish. Healing and Damage Dealing.
Deathknight; free from the cruel will of Arthas the Lichking ,they want help their Fraction to fights back against the Scourge and Arthas. Undead Magic from the cold Grave and Bloody Strikes makes them Dangerous. Tank or Damage Dealer.
Druid; can transform into a Bear, Cat (looks like a Sabertooth a bit), Moonkin or a Tree Form. Bear- you can Tank like a Warrior, Cat Form is a damage dealer Form like a Rogue, Moonkin for Range attacks like a Shaman and the Tree Form who increase the Heals of the Druid. Many ways to Play but you can choose :-)
